How come I do not have the same offers as my friend?

There are various promotions and offers that trigger in accounts automatically based on any number of factors set by our game team. In accordance with our privacy policy, we are not at liberty to discuss the details of one player's account with anyone else, in the same way we would not discuss the details of your account if someone else was asking. In keeping with that, unfortunately, we cannot discuss qualifying factors for receiving a particular promotion/offer. That being said, while you may not currently be receiving the same promotion as your friend, as you continue to play the game you will likely see other offers and promotions appearing in your own account similar to the ones you friend has. 

 

Customer Support also does not have the ability to trigger a specific offer on a players account, and as such we do not the ability to edit or alter the specific offers you are seeing right now.
