PvP battles are broken into three types, each with different victory conditions.
For World Map battles, the Attacker will need to destroy 100% of the Defender's base in order to achieve Victory.
For PvP Quickmatch and Revenge battles, the Attacker only needs to reach 1 Star in order to win the battle. Additionally, they do not need any surviving troops in order to achieve Victory.
Stars are awarded as follows:
1 Star - 70% Base destroyed
2 Stars - 85% Base destroyed
3 Stars - 100% Base destroyed
-
Costs Oil to attack based on distance between bases
-
Upon battle completion, a portion of this Oil is returned to the player if the battle is a victory
-
FOBs will show up if you have them deployed
-
Victory when attacking is only awarded for 100% destruction of the player base and having at least 1 Unit survive
-
Losing as a defender will add a temp protection bubble to your base that prevents further attacks.
-
Bubble duration is dictated by resources stolen; the more resources, the longer the protection lasts.
-
WM Damage protection only protects against WM attacks; Revenge and PVP Battle will still happen
-
Damage protection will be automatically dropped if you attack anything, deploy FOBs or move your base.
-
There are no benefits to winning as a defender, besides the satisfaction that the attacker couldn’t crack your base
-
Players are able to steal Metal from the player they attack if they win.
-
The amount stolen is 10% of their resource storage plus anything unbanked in their harvesters.
-
The Alliance Tech Tree allows for more Metal to be taken and can make Thorium stealable as well.
